Electric pulp test

The electric pulp test does not give enough information. As a confirmation of other tests, the electrisc pulp tester is useful.

Instructions for use:

Dry the teeth thouroughly
Do not touch restaurations
At first try the adjacent teeth
Then test the tooth which is suspected. when the sensation of the patient differs it can be seen as an indication about the vitallity of the tooth

Contra-ndication: Use of a pacemaker!
